Big Briq Charcoal is an all natural charcoal that does not contain coal, coke, lime, nitrate, or any of the other nasty things that major charcoal brands contain. Big Briq Charcoal is a large briquet that is made from pure hardwood char. It has all of the advantages of a briquet without all the disadvantages.
